L'Utente può esercitare i diritti di cui all'art. 13 l. 675/96 (accesso, correzione, cancellazione, opposizione al trattamento ecc.) rivolgendosi a HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL. HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL considera e tratta le informazioni che l'Utente inserisce e diffonde tramite il Servizio alla stregua della corrispondenza privata, pertanto, non controllerà, diffonderà autonomamente, né comunicherà tali informazioni, così come le informazioni relative all'Utente, salvo quanto previsto nelle presenti note. HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL è autorizzata a trattare ed archiviare nei propri database il nominativo, il tipo di servizio, i resoconti dell'attività di servizio ed altre informazioni dell'Utente, che riguardino il presente Contratto o qualsiasi Servizio fornito in virtù di esso.Inoltre, ai sensi dell'art. 13 della legge 675/1996, l'Utente autorizza HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL all'archiviazione, all'elaborazione e alla comunicazione di dati relativi all'Utente, con le seguenti finalità: servizio clienti (amministrazione, contabilità, gestione dei contratti, ordini, fatturazione, recupero crediti), marketing, promozione, analisi statistiche, indagini sulla soddisfazione della clientela, revisioni, archiviazione di dati storici, informazioni pre-contrattuali. Informative note with regards to the treatment of personal details of art.10 L. 675/1996 in conformity to article 13 of the new privacy code (30 June 2003 no. 196) The treatment company is HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL. The user may exercise his/her rights of which art. 13 1. 675/96 reveals (access, correction, cancellation, opposition to the treatment of details etc.) reverting to HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL. HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL considers and treats all information inserted by the user and confidentially handled when using the private correspondence service therefore will not control, spread autonomously, nor communicate such information relative to the user, except when foreseen by the following: - For the management, delivery of the diverse services or for relative assistance - For the entire elaboration of market statistical analysis. The user recognises that HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL may intervene on the above-mentioned information and retains in good faith that such activities be necessary for: a) to conform to prescribed laws; b) adapt to legal provisions, including a disposition to judicial authority or any other competent authority c) to realise its own rights to the senses of the present notes; d) to defend itself from any third party disputes that argue that such contents violates their rights; d) to protect the interests of HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL or third parties. The user recognizes and agrees that HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL may have access to content information set about through the service in which such access will be necessary at the end to detect or resolve a technical problem that is connected to complaints relative to the service. The User recognises and agrees that the technical elaboration and treatment of the information that it may be necessary to: a) send and receive b) carry out the functions of planning and sheduling; c) conform to the technical specifications requested by the web network connection; d) conform to technical specifications of the service. HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL is authorized to treat and archive in their database the nominatives, the type of service, the reports of their service activities and of other user information, that regards the present contract or any other service provided in virtue thereof. Besides, to the senses of art. 13 of the law 675/1996, the user authorizes HP HIGH PRESSURE SRL to maintain records, of all communication and details relative to the user, with the following outcome: client service (administration, accounting, contract management, orders, invoicing, credit retrieval etc.), marketing, promotions, statistical analysis, surveys on client satisfaction, reviews, storage of back dated records, pre-contractual information.
